**Kaigo Home Health Care** is a leading **home health care** provider that offers personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Our goal is to provide high-quality care that is tailored to fit the unique needs and lifestyle of each patient.

**Responsibilities**
- Traveling to patients’ home and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
- Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
- Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
- Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
- Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
- Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
- Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Fresher/Experienced.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
- Teamwork skills.
- Good health and fitness.
- Tolerance and patience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
