Job Title: Process Expert – Contact Center

Location: Noida, Sector 64

Work Mode: On-site (24×7 Shifts)

Salary: Up to ₹4.95 LPA (Approx. ₹33.5K in-hand per month)

Interview Mode: Virtual

About the Role:

We are looking for a Process Expert to join our dynamic Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in a US voice process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer queries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a US voice process (mandatory).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Shift: Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
  • Location: Must be open to work from Noida, Sector 64.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
