We are seeking a highly disciplined, technically proficient individual to join our team as an
Inside Sales Engineer
to manage and grow our existing client relationships internationally.
The Core Role: Inside Sales Specialist (No Field Visits)
This is a desk-based sales profile.
This role explicitly does NOT involve field travel or site visits.
Your communication with global clients will be conducted exclusively via
email, WhatsApp, and telephone.
Opportunity to be promoted into
Marketing positions
that include international travel.
You will be responsible for servicing our current client base, managing ongoing relationships, and developing expertise in assigned geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing international distributors and importers, managing their orders and requirements via digital channels. - Quotation & Pricing Mastery:
Be the expert in generating precise and rapid client quotations. This requires advanced skill in price calculations, margin analysis, and creating complex price lists. - Data & Calculation Excellence:
Utilize
Microsoft Excel
as a core tool for pricing, order tracking, inventory management, and preparing detailed sales reports.
Expert proficiency in Excel is mandatory. - Order Processing:
Coordinate internally with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of engine components globally. - Target Focus:
Work towards set targets focused on servicing existing clients and specializing in key international markets.
