Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate General Manager - Accounts, located in Noida. The Associate General Manager - Accounts will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts department, handling financial statements, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial processes. Duties also include leading a team of accountants, conducting audits, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and auditing
  • Should have knowledge of
    Navision software and international law (UAE)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Cable industry is a plus
