Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve targets, and lead a team to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing training and mentorship to the sales team. The role also involves monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
