About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can independently plan, manage,

and execute end-to-end event operations and production. The ideal candidate will have strong

production knowledge, hands-on on-site event execution experience, the ability to manage

budgets, negotiate with vendors, and lead multiple events or event series seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan and manage end-to-end event operations and production from concept to closure


• Prepare and manage event budgets, cost sheets, and P&L tracking


• Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, and rate finalization for venues, fabrication,

technical, and materials


• Maintain and leverage a strong vendor network across production, design, technical, and

logistics


• Oversee on-site production and execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety

standards are met


• Coordinate with venues for bookings, layouts, permissions, and technical feasibility


• Manage technical production including stage, sound, lights, AV, LED, power, and rigging


• Handle procurement of event materials, fabrication, rentals, and installations


• Plan and execute multiple events or event series, managing parallel timelines and

resources


• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure flawless execution


• Anticipate operational risks and troubleshoot issues during live events


• Ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and post-event closures

Skills & Competencies


• Strong knowledge of event production & operations


• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and negotiations


• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills


• Sound understanding of venues, materials, fabrication, and technical setups


• Ability to plan, structure, and execute events end-to-end


• Strong on-ground leadership and problem-solving ability


• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile


• 3–6 years of relevant experience with a recognized event management or experiential

marketing company


• Hands-on exposure to corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, or large-format

events


• Experience managing multiple vendors, budgets, and on-ground teams


• Flexible to travel and work extended hours during event days
