Role Description

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee, optimize, and manage the company's daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems and processes. Key responsibilities will include supervising operational processes, coordinating between teams, managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational strategies to improve efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 yrs and above of experience in stock broking.
  • Familiarity with Shilpi, odin and other softwares.
  • Strong experience in operational management, team leadership, and effective coordination across departments.
  • Skills in financial services, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance within the finance and investment sector.
  • Proficiency in operational analysis, process optimization, and project management techniques.
  • Experience and knowledge of financial trading platforms and services, including equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and insurance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of handling diverse client portfolios such as corporate clients, HNIs, and institutional investors.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or other professional certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams, clients, and stakeholders.
