Responsibilities

  • Bring to life original 2D and 3D character concepts, including turnarounds, expression sheets, and dynamic poses...
  • Create aesthetically pleasing characters that complement the brand identity and project tone.
  • Utilize keyframe animation, rigging, and lip-sync techniques to create smooth, expressive movements.
  • Collaborate with voiceovers and sound effects to amplify the emotional depth of the animation.
  • Edit and enhance voiceovers, background music, and sound effects for a polished final product.
  • Ensure voice and animation are perfectly synced for impactful timing and emotional delivery.
  • Cut, arrange, and mix video content tailored for digital platforms, social media, or presentations.
  • Keep audio clear, balanced, and maintain high production quality throughout.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Mastery of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Blender, Toon Boom, or After Effects.
  • A solid understanding of human and creature anatomy, along with stylization and animation principles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong skills in sound mixing, audio cleanup, transitions, and pacing.
  • Familiarity with voice syncing, background scoring, and effective storytelling techniques.

Bonus Skills -

  • Experience with 3D modeling/rigging.
  • UI/UX animation experience.
  • Storyboarding or visual scripting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with brand-based visual design and illustration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in character animation, design, and multimedia editing.
  • A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing character design, animation, and editing capabilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
