The Multimedia Specialist will play a key role in supporting the creative vision and execution of graphics, video, and digital assets for a US-based company. Reporting directly to the Lead, Graphics & Multimedia Design, this position collaborates closely with designers, technical writers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality multimedia content that aligns with organizational goals and brand standards.

Work hours: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (to ensure overlap with US counterparts) or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST

Location: Fully remote; a home office with strong Wi-Fi is required.

• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging multimedia assets, including graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and presentation materials for various platforms (desktop, mobile, Android, iOS).
• Video Production: Assist with filming, editing, and post-production of video content for executive presentations, training, and organizational communications.
• Graphic Design: Create visual assets for branding, campaigns, events, and internal communications, following established brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead and other team members to brainstorm, develop, and refine creative concepts and solutions.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team.
• Quality Assurance: Review and optimize multimedia deliverables to meet technical requirements and organizational standards.
• Support Reporting: Contribute to the creation of executive reports and presentation materials, ensuring clarity and visual impact.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to creative workflows and asset management processes.
• Social Media: Assist in developing visual content for social media channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects; Sketch or similar).
• Experience in video production, including filming and editing.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
• Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Edge, or similar).
• Basic photography skills, with the ability to capture and edit professional-quality images.
• Understanding of design for desktop and mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Social media savvy, especially with visual content creation.
• Self-motivated and able to meet project deadlines.
