Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Record to Report Controls and Compliance
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Record to Report (R2R) Controls and Compliance will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of R2R processes within Genpact's Record to Report Capability Center. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial controls, compliance, and risk management, capable of driving a robust control environment across global operations.
Responsibilities

•    Controls Management\: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls for R2R processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

•    Compliance Oversight\: Ensure all R2R activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

•    Risk Assessment\: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability in R2R processes and develop mitigation strategies.

•    Audit Coordination\: Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, address findings, and implement corrective actions.

•    Process Improvement\: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of R2R controls and compliance processes.

•    Training and Awareness\: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that R2R teams are aware of and adhere to control and compliance requirements.

•    Stakeholder Collaboration\: Work closely with finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and compliant R2R processes.

•    Reporting and Documentation\: Prepare and present regular reports on the status of R2R controls and compliance to senior management and other stakeholders.

•    Global Coordination\: Ensure consistency and alignment of R2R processes across all regions.

•    Regulatory Compliance\: Stay updated with global accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.

o    Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
