Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment

process for various roles within the organization, primarily focusing on

international voice, non-voice, and support functions. This role requires excellent

communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding candidates.

Source profiles through job portals, social media, internal databases, and

referrals.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate

suitability.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and

timelines.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and daily reports.

Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Work towards achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

Manage onboarding formalities and coordinate with HR operations for

documentation.

Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

6 months–3 years of experience in BPO or mass recruitment preferred.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
