Position Purpose and Summary:

The AM/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for the Organization — from Sourcing and Screening to Offer management and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and adept at hiring across functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing full-cycle recruitment, in the Beauty & Personal Care space.


• Partner with Business and Hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.


• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across functions.


• Manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.


• Leverage recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.) and agency partners effectively.


• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring processes.


• Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.


• Stay updated with talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

KRAs:


• Quality and speed of hires across functions and levels.


• Candidate experience and offer-to-join conversion.


• Effectiveness of sourcing channels and hiring cost optimization.

Person Profile & Education Qualification:


• Candidate should have an overall experience of over 5 years, with at least one stint of 3 years or more in Beauty & Personal Care or related space.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.


• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.


• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.


• Hands-on experience using ATS and other hiring tools.


• Candidates from startups or high-growth environments preferred.
