Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Nagpur for a Soft Skill Trainer at CertED Technologies. The YDM Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and impactful training sessions to improve life skills, communication, and soft skills. Key responsibilities include designing and preparing training materials, delivering effective presentations, mentoring individuals, and evaluating trainees' progress. The trainer will work closely with both corporate clients and training teams to ensure tailored solutions that foster personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Soft Skills, Communication, and Life Skills to effectively conduct impactful training sessions.
  • Expertise in Training & Development and Presentation Skills to design and deliver dynamic and interactive training programs.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching others to enhance their professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage and connect effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Relevant certifications in training or instructional design would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and a passion for skill development.
