Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled chef to join our food truck team, specialising in smashed burgers, chicken wings, fried burgers, and popcorn. The role involves preparing and assembling non-vegetarian food items and ensuring high-quality food is served in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cook and assemble smashed burgers, fried burgers, chicken wings, and popcorn.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
  • Assist with food prep, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
  • Handle inventory management, setup, and cleanup.
  • Provide great customer service when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in cooking or food prep (food truck experience preferred).
  • Comfortable working with non-vegetarian food items.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Fast, reliable, and able to work in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
