Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Horeca, based in Bengaluru. The role entails developing and managing customer relationships within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing negotiations, crafting strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating with the operations team for seamless service delivery, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The candidate will act as the key contact for clients and represent DeliverIt at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on the Horeca sector
  • Experience in market research and business strategy formulation
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation
  • Knowledge of food supply chain or culinary industry is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
