Responsibilities:
  • Candidate with 7 to 9 Yrs. Strong experience in Software management and Patch management using SCCM\Intune
  • Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 7 to 9 years' experience within engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data centre computing environment.
  • In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.
  • Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on Configuration manager
  • Good Experience in Endpoint Management
  • Experience in managing Intune environment and administration of an enterprise Tenant
  • Demonstrated proficiency with: Designing and Deploying Microsoft Intune in an Enterprise environment.
  • Hands on experience in Deploying Windows AutoPilot
  • Hands on experience in rolling out MAM and MDM solutions for enterprises
  • Knowledge &worked on manual build & imaging for unattended installation for various device models.
  • Knowledge &worked on Intune/SCCM tools &utilities Day to day operational stability Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge in Co-Management solutioning and enrolment across Organization
  • Experience in End device management for Hybrid AD and Azure AD based organizations
  • Experience in migrating AD Group Policies to Intune Policies/Profiles"
  • Scripting experience like VB Script and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge in Application packaging is an added advantage
  • Experience in Security Updates Deployment using SCCM\Intune and manage Patch Testing Deployments with change and Release Process would be added advantage
  • Software Deployment Process Knowledge Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, Collection Creation and Managing Advertisements.
  • Ability to prepare POC , creating RFC ,Implementing Service improvements etc.
  • In-depth knowledge on Client OS (10) and Troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Enroll the mobile devices (iOS, WP, Windows 10 and Android), Retire and Wipe Devices
  • Experience in Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete conditional access, MDM and MAM policies and implementing end point analytics
  • LOB Application Wrapping for iOS and Android managed applications
  • Experience in wi-fi, VPN and SCEP profiles management
  • Knowledge on proxy, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, etc.
  • ITIL Foundation (optional), Certification on O365 and Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
  • Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems.
