Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced AR Caller Dental Billing to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in dental claims follow-up, understanding of dental billing codes (CDT), insurance processes, and experience in resolving denials and payment delays. Your main role will be to reduce accounts receivable and ensure accurate and timely reimbursements for dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied dental claims.
  • Review and analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to determine reasons for non-payment.
  • Work on aging reports, prioritize high-value claims, and initiate necessary actions for resolution.
  • Handle denial management and appeals for denied claims.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of call interactions and claim updates in billing software.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and internal company policies.

  • Collaborate with dentists, billing teams, and payers to resolve claim issues and improve processes.

  • 1-4 years of experience in AR Calling with a focus on Dental Billing.

  • Strong knowledge of dental billing codes (CDT) and insurance requirements.
  • Experience with billing software and RCM tools (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or others optional to list).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work independently.
