Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller with hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and proficiency in leading software systems including Epic, Invision, Cerner, and Millennium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing claim follow-ups, reducing outstanding AR, and ensuring timely reimbursements from payers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Analyze and resolve denied or underpaid claims using billing platforms like Epic, Invision, Cerner, and Millennium.
  • Work on insurance aging reports and take necessary action for claim resolution.
  • Document call details and claim status updates accurately in the system.
  • Handle denial management, appeals, and resubmissions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved claims.

  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

  • 1-4 years of experience in AR Calling within a healthcare/RCM environment.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing terminology, claim processing, and insurance payer guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Epic, Invision, Cerner, and Millennium systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
