Description

Job Purpose: Provide a variety of administrative and coordinative support to the team and the Department Head in order to facilitate the day to operation of the department in its accomplishment of the Business objectives.

Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics & SCM

Preferred Qualification: Master's Degree in Logistics & SCM

Technical Certifications: APICs certification in CPIM & CSCP an advantage. 

Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Specific Industry Experience: Any

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP (Oracle based) systems, Project management software is an advantage.

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication in English (Oral & Written)

Personal Competencies: Excellent attention to details. Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Technical Competencies: Knowledgeable in material / parts planning and procurement and inventory taking. In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory planning & control methodologies. 

Responsibilities: Logistics and Procurement - Manages the procurement and delivery of materials and parts, Coordinates with suppliers and internal departments.

Inventory Management: Maintains accurate inventory records, Conducts physical inventory counts.

Customer Support: Processes spare parts orders and deliveries, Provides customer support and information.

Document Management: Maintains contract and documentation files.

General Support: Supports the team on various projects and tasks, Ensures compliance with HSE regulations.
Overall, the role is responsible for efficient logistics, inventory management, and customer support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
