HR Recruiter – Construction & Hospital Projects

Note: Only Pune-based candidates will be considered for this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in construction projects (Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, MEP professionals) and hospital projects (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Administrative Staff).
  • Partner with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networks, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage candidate communication.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports.
  • Build a strong healthcare & construction industry talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in construction and/or hospital recruitment.
  • Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring for construction/engineering roles and healthcare staffing.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements under deadlines.
  • Only Pune-based candidates will be considered for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
