Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruiter with 6 - 8 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the hiring process across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Support roles), ensuring quality talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interview rounds.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Manage vendor/consultant relationships and ensure timely closures of positions.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in real estate.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of real estate recruitment across Sales, Project/Site, and Corporate functions.
  • Excellent sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, Indeed, etc.) with ability to manage high-volume hiring.
  • Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions within defined TAT.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and HRMS tools.
  • Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 6–8 years' relevant experience in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure.
