Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive (Field Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on field marketing experience, strong communication abilities, and the skill to handle customer interactions confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field marketing activities to promote company products and services
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Manage and close marketing cases/leads successfully
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collect market feedback and report to the management team
  • Ensure proper listening, understanding, and follow-up with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in field marketing or direct marketing
  • Sound product knowledge and willingness to learn
  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • Civil Engineering background is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in the field
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
