**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Promotion & Advertisement**:
**Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.**

**Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, and banners.**

**Coordinate with vendors and agencies for advertisements in print, digital, and outdoor media.**

**Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, and provide insights to improve promotional strategies.**

**Event Coordination & Campaign Management**:
**Organize in-store events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to boost brand awareness.**

**Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.**

**Maintain a calendar for upcoming promotions and events to ensure timely execution.**

**Collaboration & Communication**:
**Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.**

**Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.**

**Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and market trends.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
**Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.**

**Experience**:
**0-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or promotional roles.**

**Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply.**

**Skills**:
**Strong knowledge of marketing principles and branding strategies.**

**Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.**

**Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**

**Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.**
