Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, processing orders, assisting with sales documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sales and Organization Skills to manage sales processes effectively and support overall team efforts
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
