Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate
Talent Acquisition professional
who will be responsible for managing
end-to-end hiring
across multiple functions including
Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR
. The ideal candidate should bring strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and a track record of closing niche and volume roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    lifecycle — from sourcing to offer closure for assigned functions.
  • Partner closely with
    business leaders and hiring managers
    to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Drive
    Non-Sales roles
    such as Tech, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Support functions &
    Sales hiring (B2C, Inside Sales, Post Sales, Partnerships) as well as
  • Develop and implement
    effective sourcing strategies
    using multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, headhunting, referrals).
  • Manage
    vendor partners
    and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Maintain and update
    recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports
    on hiring progress and key metrics.
  • Ensure a
    positive candidate experience
    at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Proactively build and maintain
    talent pipelines
    for critical and recurring roles.
  • Drive
    employer branding initiatives
    to strengthen Hero Vired's positioning as a great place to work.
  • Stay updated on
    industry trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.

Desire Skills sets & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in
    end-to-end recruitment
    for both Sales and Non-Sales roles.
  • Strong exposure to
    Technology, Product, and Design hiring
    along with functional roles like
    Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance &
    Sales hiring (B2C, Inside Sales, Post Sales, Partnerships)
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Hands-on experience in
    sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other platforms
    .
  • Strong
    negotiation, analytical, and decision-making
    abilities.
  • Proficiency in using
    ATS tools, Excel, and recruitment dashboards
    .
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
