Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Product Architect to serve as the technical expert and visionary architect for our platform implementations and related integrations. This role will drive the end-to-end architecture design and development of scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions across integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical expert and architect for platform implementations and related integrations.
  • Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across integrated systems.
  • Lead the design and development of REST APIs, Java-based services, and event-driven solutions using Kafka.
  • Architect and guide system integration across diverse applications, platforms, and databases.
  • Drive microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
  • Mentor and lead technical teams, influencing stakeholders with clear communication and leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline integrations and robust monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Technical Architect or similar leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Java development, REST API design, and event-driven architectures (Kafka preferred).
  • Solid experience with automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence technical teams and stakeholders.
