Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, cloud-native, Python-based solutions. Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and enable product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement modern architectural frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Lead technical strategy, architectural decisions, and technology selection for assigned products or initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and modernization by researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, serverless, microservices).
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and reusable libraries to accelerate product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical architecture.
  • Implement cloud-based architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and event-driven models.
  • Optimize infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ensure efficient CI/CD delivery pipelines.
  • Manage data design and storage strategies across ElasticSearch, RDBMS, and NoSQL systems.
  • Ensure high-quality code standards, security, and reliability across all deployed applications.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Core Technologies: Python (Django, Flask), JavaScript/TypeScript (optional UI exposure).
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - hands-on experience in solution design, integration, and optimization.
  • DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins (or other CI/CD tools).
  • Data & Storage: ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Messaging & Processing: RabbitMQ, Celery, Kafka (preferred).
  • Architectural Patterns: Microservices, Serverless, Event-driven, API-first design.
  • Testing & Quality: Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, CI/CD practices, and performance tuning.
  • Agile & Delivery: Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, CSM/CSPO certification preferred.

Leadership & Consulting Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting and architectural guidance across business units.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, ensuring alignment across distributed teams.
  • Identify and resolve systemic technical issues and architectural debt.
  • Evangelize best practices, tools, and reusable frameworks across engineering teams.
  • Lead technical due diligence, risk assessment, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational capability building through training, mentoring, and thought leadership.

  • Exposure to GenAI tools or LLM-based applications.
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
