We're Hiring – E-commerce Executive

  • Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site | UK Time Shift)
  • Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift (UK Time)

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who can help our clients grow their businesses on platforms like Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, and Shopify.The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, proactive, and confident, with the ability to perform effectively after the initial training session provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Handling Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce Seller Accounts.
  • * Create Various Product Listing & Listing Optimizing.
  • * Analyses Keywords & Handling SEO Content management.
  • * Product Image Processing.
  • * Manage Order & Pricing for all orders.
  • * Manage all the Return & Refund orders.
  • * A+ Content Creation.
  • * Manage PPC campaigns & Promotion.
  • * Handling Customer message support.
  • * Handling Account Health of the Respective Clients.
  • * Product and Competitor Research.
  • * Understanding the Clients Work Needs.

Operational Requirements:

  • * The Candidate should have good knowledge about excel and word.
  • * Amazon seller central knowledge is a plus.
  • * The candidate should have ability to work under pressure.
  • * Should stay positive in difficult positions.
  • * The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
  • * Candidate must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in UK time shift.
  • * Candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • * Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.
  • * Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.
  • * Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.
