*E-commerce executive with Social Media*

We're searching for an E-commerce executive with customer service that can help clients expand their e-commerce businesses on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and Shopify. He or she must be able to perform effectively at the initial training session, be a quick learner, and be aware of their position and responsibilities.

An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Manages online sales and marketing through both e-commerce platforms and social media channels

Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.

* Handling Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce Seller Accounts.

* Create Various Product Listing & Listing Optimizing.

* Analyses Keywords & Handling SEO Content management.

* Product Image Processing.

* Manage Order & Pricing for all orders.

* Manage all the Return & Refund orders.

* A+ Content Creation.

* Manage PPC campaigns & Promotion.

* Handling Customer message support.

* Handling Account Health of the Respective Clients.

* Product and Competitor Research.

Operational Requirements:

* The Candidate should have good knowledge about Photoshop, excel and word.

* Amazon seller central knowledge is a plus.

* The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.

* Should stay positive in difficult positions.

* The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.

* Candidates must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in the UK time shift.

* Candidates should have good communication skills (verbal and written).

* Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.

* Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.

* Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule:
