Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation:
  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Curate relevant content to share with our audience, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply them to improve our social media presence.
  • Community Management:
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and grow our online community by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
  • Eye for design and ability to create visually appealing posts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹32,000.00 per month
