Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Involved in campaign management, including the planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, campaign follow-up, etc.
  • Assist to develop and implement demand generation plans to grow site revenue.
  • Responsible for stock inventory accuracy and to address any discrepancy.
  • Building on the existing business by adding new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces.
  • Staying up-to-date with the promotional calendars and plans of eCommerce platforms.
  • Supporting integrations of the eCommerce platform with the main website as well as backend systems and applications.
  • Uploading, optimizing and modifying the new and existing product listings on various E-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc. and the companys website.
  • Processing the orders received on E-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon etc.
  • Be the single point of contact for all customer queries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions etc. and website queries.
  • Execute social media marketing activities of all listed products.

Desired Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Ms Excel and Microsoft skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage tasks simultaneously and efficient co-ordination.
  • Experience working on Google.
  • Ability to forecast and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
  • Ability to develop systems, processes and infrastructure related to logistics.
  • Cross team collaboration, internal & external communication, problem solving.
  • Add on computer knowledge would be beneficial.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduation OR Masters in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
