Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an HR Operation Intern to PPO located in Bengaluru. The HR Operation Intern will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and assist in HR management activities. Tasks include maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  1. Address and resolve client queries about our recruitment and interview as a service offering, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

  2. Develop a solid understanding of IT job functions, technical stacks, and industry-specific requirements to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.

  3. Assist in onboarding freelance interviewers by managing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth start to their engagement.

  4. Coordinate schedules, manage communication, and ensure quality service delivery to support the operational execution of our Interview as a Service model.

  5. Contribute to improving HR operations by identifying process gaps and suggesting practical solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualification

  1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  2. A basic understanding of IT job roles, technical stacks, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.

  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients, freelancers, and team members.

  4. Ability to address client concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

  5. A collaborative attitude to working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.
