Hybrid Internship (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000/month

About the Job

Emagine is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a chance to build a dynamic and inclusive workplace while supporting the hiring process for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based internship.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates

  • Conduct candidate interviews for project hiring

  • Communicate with potential candidates via calls, emails, and messages

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring activities and initiatives

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

  • Assist in creating and managing candidate assessments and interview materials


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related activities is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
