TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for handling, monitoring & controlling document deliverables as per schedule and ensuring the approvals from client.

  2. Carrying out necessary quality checks and updates on the engineering deliverables / documents as per the document control procedure.

  3. Monitoring and tracking of documents issued to lead engineers for completing the review within appropriate time frames.

  4. Log and maintain all incoming and outgoing deliverable transmittals as per project-specific procedure.

  5. Responsible for coordinating the receipt and dispatch of different types of drawings/documents generated by clients, lead engineers, etc., during the project.

  6. Responsible for the transmission of deliverables to the customers and vendors on approval of the project engineer/project manager.

  7. Carries out research on the latest improvements on document management systems and methods, including filing, retrieval, and archiving documents; provides technical support and training to lead engineers in EDMS.

  8. Ability to plan and implement multiple projects simultaneously with necessary tools involved in the projects.

  9. Controlling, modifying & documenting incoming and outgoing documents involved in the ongoing & future projects.

  10. Develop and implement electronic document management systems in DC.

  11. Maintain the integrity of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including the classification, location, and security of documents.

  12. Being aware of potential issues early on and communicating with leads helps to avoid future problems. Problem-solving is a vital skill in a team.

  13. Engaging in social and team-building activities fosters relationships outside of work tasks, which can improve overall team cohesion and trust.
