Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end documentation ownership: Manage the full documentation lifecyclescoping, drafting, peer reviews, version control, and publishing.
  • Technical specification authoring: Create and maintain FRDs, PRDs, SRS documents, architecture overviews, solution design docs, and sequence diagrams.
  • API and integration documentation: Develop detailed API references (OpenAPI/Swagger), SDK docs, Postman collections, integration guides, and sample requests/responses for OMS/RMS, market data, order placement, and webhooks.
  • Developer enablement: Produce quickstart guides, tutorials, and code samples to accelerate onboarding and usage.
  • Operational documentation: Maintain user/admin manuals, SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides for internal and client-facing systems.
  • Release and compliance documentation: Write release notes, migration guides, deprecation notices, and changelogs aligned with compliance and audit standards.
  • Traceability and QA collaboration: Build traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases and regulatory mandates; collaborate with QA to define clear, testable acceptance criteria and UAT plans.
  • Docs-as-code implementation: Manage docs in source control (Git), integrate CI/CD pipelines for builds, enforce style consistency, and maintain review workflows.
  • Knowledge acquisition and validation: Conduct SME interviews, analyze source code and logs, validate platform behavior in staging, and ensure accuracy.
