We are seeking a Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of Amadeus and excellent communication skills. The role involves handling PNR creation, international flight bookings, and related travel processes while ensuring high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and manage PNRs using Amadeus.
  • Handle international flight bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality guidelines.
  • Work in night shifts and handle time-sensitive travel requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus (GDS).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work comfortably in night shifts.
  • Experience: 0 - 4 years in a travel domain.
  • Freshers with Amadeus knowledge and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
