Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, well-spoken, and persuasive Travel Consultant – Luxe & Experiential Travel to engage with high-net-worth clients and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. The role focuses on nurturing client relationships, understanding their aspirations, and crafting personalized Madcap Luxe travel experiences that blend adventure, exclusivity, and comfort.

This is a client-facing, consultative role for individuals who can bring empathy, product understanding, and storytelling finesse to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales Conversion:

· Connect with HNI/UHNI prospects who have shown interest through campaigns, referrals, or marketing initiatives.

· Present Madcap Luxe's curated expeditions and exclusive travel offerings in a personalized, premium manner.

· Understand client preferences, travel goals, and timelines to suggest bespoke journeys.

· Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling and relationship-building.

Coordination & Operations Support:

· Liaise with the Operations and Product teams to design and finalize customized itineraries.

· Ensure clear communication between the client and internal teams for a seamless experience.

· Maintain accurate client records, lead status, and updates using CRM tools.

Brand Representation & Client Experience:

· Uphold Madcap Luxe's brand tone — sophisticated, aspirational, and experience-driven — in all client interactions.

· Handle high-value clients with utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and attentiveness.

· Ensure every communication reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.

Performance & Reporting:

· Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and engagement targets.

· Share periodic reports on leads, conversions, and feedback to improve client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: 2–5 years in luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or premium client servicing.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is a must (knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus).

· Sales Orientation: Strong persuasive and consultative selling skills with a client-first approach.

· Personality: Polished, confident, and articulate with the ability to connect with affluent clientele.

· Organization: Comfortable handling multiple leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.

· Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

· Mindset: Passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a fast-growing experiential brand.
