  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Organise and follow up on meetings — ensuring reminders, agendas, and necessary documents are prepared in advance.
  • Liaise with internal teams across departments to coordinate tasks, meetings, and ongoing projects.
  • Track and follow up on pending actions and commitments.
  • Handle communication, correspondence, and documentation on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional representation in all interactions.
  • Support in any additional administrative or coordination tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
