If you’ve got speed, taste, and storytelling instinct — we’ll give you the canvas (and the chaos) to shine.🎯 What You'll DoEdit 9:16 reels that feel like dopamineWork with footage from shoots to create high-converting editsCollaborate with directors and social managers to execute briefsAdd music, transitions, sfx, and text that match platform trendsEdit BTS, hero videos, event coverage, and product reelsOccasionally assist on shoot days (Goa-based restaurants & bars)✅ Requirements1–3 years of editing experience (or killer portfolio to prove it)Proficient in Adobe Premiere ProBasic knowledge of After Effects for motion/text animationUnderstand Instagram editing language (jump cuts, speed ramping, memes, SFX)Organized with file management, exports, and timelinesMust be available to work from Goa (Relocation support can be discussed)⭐ Bonus Points If YouShoot content (camera or phone) and understand basic lightingCan color grade and sound designHave experience editing for food, fashion, or nightlifeFollow creators like Daniel Schiffer, Yashraj Mukhate, or Sam Newton🧪 How We Hire1.
