Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account managers to develop video concepts that align with client goals and brand messaging. Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos optimized for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and ads. Apply strong storytelling techniques through effective pacing, transitions, shot selection, and narrative flow. Perform color correction, color grading, and audio mixing to ensure high-quality final output. Create animations or motion graphics for social media content when required. Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva for editing and design tasks. Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, styles, formats, and AI software advancements. Utilize AI generation tools for editing, creative enhancement, and workflow optimization. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, platform specifications, and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor (1-2 years) with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects and Canva. Sound understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. The ability to adapt to different video styles and project requirements.
