Role Description

We're looking for a
video editor
who can translate our brewing journey into
visually stunning, scroll-stopping content
.

This is an
on-site role in Goa
(with hybrid flexibility) where you'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to craft videos that feel real, aesthetic, and community-driven.

Your day-to-day will include:

Editing reels, ads, and short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and campaigns.

Color grading, sound syncing, and mood-based storytelling that captures our Goan vibe.

Creating motion graphics or animated elements when needed.

Conceptualizing and collaborating on creative shoots and storyboards.

Organizing and managing video assets for future campaigns.

We love creators who aren't afraid to experiment, tell stories, and pour a bit of themselves into every frame.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    video editing, production, and colour grading.
  • Skilled with
    Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong sense of
    timing, visual rhythm, and aesthetic storytelling.
  • Bonus: motion graphics, sound design, or animation experience.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset — we value ideas, not just execution.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Media, Film, or related fields preferred (not mandatory — passion counts more).
