**Role **- Video Editing & Graphic Designing

**Designation** - AM - Design

**Experience** - 7+ Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Manage the team, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work. Assign

projects, set deadlines, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality videos within the specified timelines.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders, and the team to understand project

requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans and oversee the execution of video editing

projects from start to finish.
- Workflow and Process Improvement: Establish and optimize video editing workflows and processes to ensure

efficiency, productivity, and consistency. Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement best

practices to enhance the team's performance and output.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in video editing, including demonstrated experience in managing and leading the team.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects**, or other

industry-standard editing tools.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression settings for different platforms and delivery methods.

Familiarity with audio editing and synchronization techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Ability to create a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional

growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, and team members.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
