Job Summary:

The Talent Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's goals and culture. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, identifying effective recruitment channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Actively source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational values and employment regulations.
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes and identifying innovative sourcing strategies.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
