Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer
to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee performance and align with business goals. The role involves conducting training sessions across sales, customer service, and functional teams to drive skill development, behavioral change, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and functional training programs across departments.
  • Identify training needs through regular TNA and performance insights.
  • Design engaging training content, modules, and assessments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with department heads to align learning outcomes with business objectives.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate training, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering behavioral and functional training modules.
  • Proficiency in LMS tools and data-driven training evaluation.
