Role - Technical Trainer (Design Thinking)

Job Location - Greater Noida, UP

Job Overview:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs on various emerging technologies to B.Tech students. The successful candidate should have a robust technical background, excellent instructional skills, and a passion for educating others in these advanced fields. The role requires teaching at University level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on emerging technologies.
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including Students, Staff Members, Guest Students.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Assess the training needs and customize training programs to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technologies.
  • Collaborate with faculty members, subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feed feedback and assessments and make necessary improvements.

  • Design Thinking

Qualifications:

  • B.Des/M.Des or Master's degree in Computer Science,(or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect, Software Developer, Technical Trainer, instructor or related role,UI/UX Developer preferably in corporate environment.
  • Hands On Experience in relevant technologies is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and applications of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Passion for teaching and helping others achieve success.
