Mechanical Trainer

Location: Noida / Delhi

Experience Range: 1 to 4 years

Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Trainer with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, hands-on technical expertise, and strong proficiency in CAD tools. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing and developing mechanical projects, mentoring learners, and contributing to research and development activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys innovation, practical engineering, and guiding others in technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development

  • Design, prototype, and develop mechanical components and systems.
  • Use CAD software, 3D printing, CNC machining, and fabrication tools.
  • Support R&D activities by contributing new ideas and engineering solutions.

Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering domains.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects through effective coordination.

Technical Expertise

  • Apply strong mechanical engineering knowledge to solve technical challenges.
  • Improve existing systems and suggest innovative solutions.

Mentorship

  • Train, support, and guide learners or junior engineers in mechanical design, tools usage, and project execution.
  • Help build technical skills through hands-on sessions and practical demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, R&D, or training.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and power tools.
  • Good communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects.
