Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Embedded System Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering interactive training sessions on embedded systems to learners. Daily tasks include developing course content, mentoring students, evaluating their progress, providing guidance on live projects, and addressing technical queries. Trainers are also expected to assess students' performances and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and explain complex issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging instructions
  • Experience with Training and Training & Development for individuals and groups
  • Knowledge or experience in technical disciplines such as Embedded Systems; prior military experience in a technical role is a plus
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
  • Passion for empowering students and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
