About the Role:

Z-Aksys is seeking a
Business Analyst
with a strong background in the
wealth, finance, or related domains
. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, analysed, and transformed into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Understand financial workflows, wealth management processes, and client expectations.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and support the development team.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and technical teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in
    wealth management, finance, or a similar domain
    .
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment workflows, and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with requirement-gathering tools, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
