Position Details – Building Physics Intern (Part-Time)

Job Duration: 3 Months (If you perform well, there full chance to get a permanent full-time job)

Start Date: October 2025

Work Location: Naigaon, Bhiwandi (Easy to reach, well-connected area)

Salary & Work Hours:

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6 PM – 9 PM (3 hours), Saturday or Sunday: 9 AM – 6 PM (9 hours, with 1-

hour lunch break) (Flexible timing can be discussed if needed)

Total 23 hrs/week

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Qualification: Diploma/ITI/BSc

Candidate must be based in Bhiwandi

Desired Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word

What You'll Do (Job Description):

Building Modeling & Simulations:

  • Use AutoCAD and IES VE (industry-standard software) to create accurate 3D building models.
  • Run energy simulations to predict how much electricity/cooling a building will need.
  • Analyze simulation results and prepare easy-to-understand reports in Excel & Word.
