Position - Business Development Associate

Role - Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Areas of Responsibility -

  • Target coaching classes & bookstores within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly

Must :

  • Education - Any Graduate with Professional degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience- 1 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Industry - Any industry or Education / Publication / other similar industries

Desirables:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
